To open a Zapp Partner Merchant account, you need: the store owner’s personal details and a selfie, front and back of the NRC (National Registration Card), business documents (such as a business or trading license), and photos of the store (front, side, and interior).

If your store lacks a business license, you can provide your most recently paid commercial tax receipt or a meter bill instead.

No, there is no separate service fee for using Zapp Partner. For services such as QR payment transactions, only the standard Merchant Discount Rate (MDR) applies; no extra fees are required.
